Works perfectly and is virtually identical to the original. Instructions for pairing are in the battery compartment (hold TV and 0 buttons). Once you’ve held for 5 seconds release and wait a few moments. The successful pairing message should then appear on your tv and your ready to go.Would definitely recommend if you need a replacement remote

Overall a really good replacement VM remote. Easy to set up (hold down TV and 0 buttons for 5 seconds and successful confirmation screen appears on the TV). Appearance and performance similar to original VM remote. Even comes with the VM symbol at the bottom for aesthetics.

Great item exactly as ordered. I ordered as my wife and I have some mobility issues and its easier to have a device each. Unfortunately I didn't check in advance if you could pair more than one device at a time as this wasn't an issue with my previous system. You can't. So this is in the drawer as a spare. You can order a different universal device to have more than one paired but only order this one as a full replacement if you damage the old one.

Product had some signs of wear but after a clean with wipes it looked good. It did not work first time use not realising it had to be paired as indicated in battery compartment. Works fine. Recommended.

Better than the one from Virgin, slightly slimmer and actually more easy to connect to the TV. One click of a button and it was connected. No issues with it ever since.Would definitely recommend
