If turmeric be the food of the Gods, feast on
This turmeric product comes from the company Ambrosial. Obviously the brand name Ambrosia was already taken by the company that makes Devon custard and rice puddings. In my opinion, they truly do make the food of the Gods. Perhaps some of the pickier Gods might turn their nose up at tinned produce. However, your salt of the earth type of everyman God would almost certainly be happy to sit at a working class table and join in with dessert. Anyway, Ambrosial is an Ambrosia like company, but without infringing upon their trademark. This is a rather strong dose of curcumin that comes pre-seasoned with black pepper. It's rather on the expensive side for 60 capsules. However, if Zeus is looking to capitalise on the anti-inflammatory properties (in order to take the edge off his sciatica) then I'm sure that he'll be able to divine up enough bucks to purchase a tub.

Excellent product and OK price
This is an excellent product, providing a good amount of curcumin and other ingredients to reduce inflammation. The brand has priced these at £13.50/bottle - still a good price compared to most similar products from other brands. Each capsule contains 385mg of turmeric standardised to 95% Curcumin, plus 15mg of Bioperine and 100mg of Ginger to enhance bioavailability. For 22p/capsule, this is a good dosage which will effectively reduce symptoms of inflammation, but there are some brands out there with lower prices for similar dosages. For myself and my family, who all take this, we suffer from both typical age related joint issues and inflammatory diseases, and Curcumin does help a lot with our symptoms. It is very noticeable for myself if I either stop taking Curcumin or take a low dosage, and this product seems to be on par with our go-to brands, so I definitely recommend it if you need an affordable source of the supplement.

Curcumin is stronger than turmeric tablets for inflammation
Turmeric contains curcuminoids, which are bioactive compounds; curcumin is a curcuminoid compound. While turmeric contains somewhere between 2-9% curcuminoids, 75% of these active curcuminoids are curcumin, and this is why curcumin is the 'star" of turmeric. This supplement also contains ginger and black pepper to help with the absorption of curcumin. Thanks to this, these tablets work faster and are more effective than tablets containing only turmeric.I have been taking them for almost a month now and I am very pleased with the effect they have on my inflammation.

Seem Decent
Vitamins are always subjective because for every person that they seem to work for or at least have an effect of some sort, there are people who they just don't seem to do anything for. I'm not therefore going to say they will work for you as I can't say they will. All I will say though is that these capsules seem to work, for me, like other Turmeric ones I've got and have used and after a continued period of time I have noticed that aches and pains I would have had before are not as prevalent and overall I just feel better, especially during these colder months when winter illnesses are rife. These capsules are relatively easy to swallow, though again, this is individual dependent and how they are with capsules / tablets and don't seem to have any after effects, or at least none that I've readily noticed. They have a long shelf life and are decently priced though if you can get them a bit cheaper then I would.

Well produced and seem in line with other alternatives.
Before we begin, I got this item at zero cost through the Vine programme, that doesn't mean it gets a positive review though. User reviews are important, they're genuinely useful to buyers and we should use them, so here comes an honest and hopefully helpful one.➡️ In the box ...... you get a sealed bottle of capsules, itself factory sealed.➡️ In use ...... they're fairly good. Well produced and presented. Easy to swallow without aftertaste. As for their effectiveness, that's harder to determine. I was taking curcumin turmeric leading up to trying these and haven't noticed any change so I suppose I could say they're as effective as the turmeric I was already taking, which was working ok. It offered a mild reduction in pain symptoms. These seems to offer the similar results.➡️ Overall impressions ...👍 Well presented, sealed from factory.👍 Seem as effective as others I was already taking.🔍 And the big question, would I buy it? ...... if it continues to offer the same results as slightly more expensive brands I would.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good quality ingredients
I've been taking turmeric for a while to fight inflammation and joint pain and this one is a good quality one.Came well sealed with a good expiry date, normal sized capules so easy to swallow for most people. You can also empty the capsule into some warm milk with a bit of honey and it makes a nice night time drink to help you sleep (especially if you take a magnesium capsule with it). Obviously don't drink it too close to bedtime else you'll likely be up peeing half the night (as many people would if they drink anything too close to bedtime). If you suffer from any inflammatory conditions or joint pain you should really give these a try. This combination of ingredients works well for a lot of people and at 1 a day will last for 2 months. If you need to take 2 a day you'll get a months supply.
