Bought Omni DG 15 Ltr Vertical. It's pretty well on heating. The heat display helps to tune the diverter for desired water warmness. Also helps to find the Child Safety, Showering heat ranges.About the Installation and Demo, Technician John from Sakthi agencies done appreciated work. He called in advance and fixed a convenient time to us. Hassle free installation with good care on the existing lines. Spent couple of minutes to explain the options and live demo. Great job by him. Happy purchase with installation services.

The product works really well and the installation was very smartly done.Most of the geysers will continue to work well if the placement and installation of the device is done right.This was very smartly and quickly done by the technicians. Great product overall.

Good product, good safety feature and auto diagnostic option

Very elegant design and Hassle-free geyser installation

I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I purchased this product in July 2024. On day of installation we felt electric shocks on our tap after installing geyser. Installation guy told that its not our problem and went away. I raised the complain and one service man came for checking. While diagnosing he opened the geyser and did something after which geyser stopped working. He removed every part of geyser, doing trial and error to resolve issue, he didn't have proper knowledge. The service man went away saying that my senior will come and he no one came yet after 2 months. I registered multiple complaint in their customer care and sometime they don't even register complain they just say that we have started case do nothing in back. After registering 10 complains only 2 were registered, every time they will say about increasing priority and then no callback service. One day I got number of their area service manager from customer care senior. Until today I have made 20+ calls to him, sometimes he canceled and when hi picked he always made some excuses.Conclusion - Issue is still not resolved yet after 2 months. My money is blocked and no callback from their service center. Please don't go for this product. Also don't trust these youtubers likeVineet Malhotra, I purchased after watching him. I would recommend to check yourself and purchase from stores like croma or Vijaysales where you will get better offers and after sale service.

I have been using Racold Geyser for last 15+ years. This is for the first time I would say I need to replace this. Over period of time I had couple of maintenance services including thermostat changes due to hard water in my area and this time tank has started to leak due to its ageing. I am completely satisfied with the product quality and this time too I decided to go ahead with this brand. I would say that the installation was quick and the installation guy was amazing as he could just finish the work in 10 to 15 minutes neatly, waiting to see if this time too Racold will keep its quality high.

Review for the product: Racold Omnis 10 DG 2KW S after using about a month.1. It takes approximately 4 minutes to raise 10°C, so if the room temperature is 30°C and you set the desired water temperature to 70°C then the temperature difference is 40°C and will take about16 minutes to reach the set temperature.2. Once you set the required temperature, it remembers (Nonvolatile memory) even after power cycling.3. Pin drop silence while heating the water but if the water inlet has air gaps or bubbles this product is making sounds.4. Clear and simple temperature digital display day or night. Its update rate (rise/drop) is a bit slow may be due to the high insulation on the temperature sensor inside the tank.5. Stored water heat retention is good for several hours (depending on the ambient temperature).6. Unfortunately, the installation guy is unfriendly for some reason. I am doubtful about his installation procedure as there is a gap between the bracket and the wall and the fastening bold misalignment!Thank you very much.

Sir ur product recold water heater is good quality. But whatever service you provide for this that is installation is so bad.Installation service provider is not working proper.I purchase product on Friday now today is next Friday after complaint register but still no service provider is here to provide installation service . . So what to do about such excellent provider
