Great laptop, except...
The laptop was a great purchase until two months ago when the headphone jack failed. (I play music from it for one of my side gigs, so it's pretty important.) Luckily, the laptop was still under warranty.Except...HP decided that the problem *MUST* be due to customer abuse (it wasn't) and has refused to cover the repair under warranty. They'd be happy to repair it for me... for $320.I could buy a new laptop for little more than that.Very disappointed. Won't be buying an HP laptop again.
