The media could not be loaded. I have been using this headphones for close to 6 months now and I absolutely love it. Wireless only with the 2.4GHz dongle. All other cases require 3.5mm aux. Sound quality is way better wireless. Experienced no lag. Bluetooth would have been a nice addition for phone connectivity.Music:Requires a bit of tuning for the type of music one listens to. Once done, only goosebumps. Anything less would have been disappointing given the price range.Gaming:Can clearly hear teammates shouting to stop feeding. No complaints there. There is an FPS setting in JBL software which I have never tried.Battery:Will last close to 12 hours if the LEDs are turned off or around 6 hours with the LEDs on. Sacrifice swag for longevity.NOTE: To update firmware on headphones, had to use a usb-c cable other than the one that came with the headphones and the front USB ports of CPU did not work.

Initially u wanted to return it because the volume very low for pay, but then I connected the headphones to the ps4 via the USB cable and the instant boost I received was euphoric, the mic is blood amazing, but you may get annoyed at the beginning because the side tone is enabled (you listen to your own voice while you speak) you can disable this by using the quantum engine on your pc, you can also customize the rgb engine, but overall an amazing headphone and worth every penny, good job JBL.

The earbud battery loses 20% charge when listened to one song.. within 4 songs, the entire charge depleted from 100 to 15.. not at all acceptable .. hence returning the product.

The product is great the wire and build is of great quality nad when is comes to sound right out of the box if may not be that great but the headphones are programmable that means you can equalise the sound to your preference and also controll the RGB and JBL surround sound/dts which is is toned downed virsion of surround sound I suggest using that before using JBL surround sound to get your ears adjusted the sound quality is superb after adjusting to your preference.In my opinion the only con to these are the volume at 100 isn't ear bursting loud but it is definitely loud enough so don't listen to anyone who says the sound quality is not up to the mark all you have to do is adjust the setting and you are good to go oh ya as for the mic quality it's arguably one of the best. If you are still confused you should go watch a youtube video or read from a blog about these.

Sooooooooo I got these headphones as I couldn't get the Logitech G Pro X due to unavailability. These headphones are one of the BEST headphones I have ever owned. They have a good mic for voice chat and GOOD BASS especially with the quantum surround sound enabled and the EQ set on bass boost. You do have to update firmware and all but that doesn't take much time. The RGB on the sides are really cool and minimal, just the way I like them. Overall very satisfied with the product.

Purchased this for around 8k back in August 2020 in the beginning they felt really nice but as the time went by realized that it has poor build quality and sound is not really that great for gaming purposes especially surround sound is okay but I think there are better options available from better gaming companies so go for those unless you don't have any other choice. Definitely not worth 8K

1. Very comfy after few days of usage.2. Great for gaming where you need directional sound.3. No lag in audio while using wirelessly.4. Battery backup is as advertised.5. Discord compatibility is great. It has 2 volume control wheels - one for controlling overall volume & another for controlling the volume of discord relative to your game volume (which means that when you scroll that wheel on one side then you in-game sound gets louder and discord sound gets lower & when you scroll it towards other side then discord sound gets louder and in-game sound gets lower).

Very good quality ..with customisable modes...very clear sound ...for gaming like bgmi the footsteps r very clear ..
