Works great and gets the job done!

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. He is thrilled with it and has already used it a time or two. It was shipped very quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Great seller!!!

I haven't used it for fishing yet due to all the rain we have had. I am using it as a camping light and it works very well and doesn't attract bugs like a white light. I use it in my tent and it looks pretty cool from a distance lit up alien green.

Light shorted out after being submerged for 2 hours. Light would not work again. I have read similar stories. Guess I weas too late when I read them. Do yourself a favor and spend your money else where because there will be no refund given if its past the 30 day mark.Your better off throwing your money away like the guy on those Geico commercials...

The light works fine but what they don't tell you is YOU have to supply the weight to get it down under the water. And it takes a bunch of weight to get it to sink!

This light lasted less than 5 hours. Do not use where tidal currents or fast moving water is present; light will not sink and takes away your night vision. I could not in good conscious return it for a refund since I tied my dinghy anchor to it to try to force it to sink. (The tidal current is very fast at my boat slip). I suppose the light would be great in a fresh water lake or pond where the current is minimal or non-existent. It is pretty bright. I give it 2.5 stars out of 5 for overall usefulness in a saltwater tidal situation, which was my purpose for getting it. They sell these locally at tackle shops and big box stores, so one would think they should not be affected by tides. Think about this; if a tidal current can destroy it, trolling most certainly will. For use in calm water, I'd give it a much higher rating. It's a neat light.
