I only used this device for about a month. Really happy with the app usage and how it recorded. One day it just wouldn’t connect. I thought it must need charged. It just quit working. - A member of their tech support reached out after I posted a review. There’s a tiny reset button that I had to poke and now it works as it should again. Very impressed with this device and their support team.

It works really good if it’s laying on a surface and not moving. But if you put it in a shirt pocket or pants pocket. Pretty much useless. All you hear is the pocket scratching noise. Even if you are standing still and and just moving you arms of rocking a little bit.

Very good voice recorder. The app to connect is very easy to use and user friendly. The device is small enough to conceal if wanted. The clip that it comes with is very easy to connect and wear. The sound quality is very good.

I'm not sure why, but the program logged me out. When I logged back in (which was challenging; I didn't expect to have to remember my password once I had this set up), I noticed that none of my new recordings were there. I still cannot find one of them, and it's a fairly important recording. Therefore my level of trust for this is very low. I'm not sure I can trust this device.

It’s very confusing to operate this unit hence it’s not very reliable. If you really want to record something very important, which is not next to you.So I was not able to record what I wanted because I was very confused with the buttons on this unitThe sound quality is goodAlso, I was not able to play the unit on another device only on the phone where I had the application installed and I was not able to get the voice activated to work properlyI think for the price I would expect something much betterI returned the item
