Has balanced sweet and heat flavor. Not over powering, just a bit of heat.

Tried this after seeing a post on social media. I really like the fact that the company is vet owned and supports that community.This rub gives a full flavor to everything. Picture is when I used it on pork chops, cooked on my Traeger. It has sugars which caramelize and give it a slightly sweet flavor. The heat kicks in at the end, but it's not overwhelming. If I want more heat, I use this as a base and then add to it with some chipotle or cayenne pepper. If I want no heat, I use their All Ration Rub. Overall, a great rub from a great company!

I made pulled pork ans BBQ baked beans the weekend they arrived. My wife immediately stated that it was the best pulled pork I’d ever made. Fast forward to Thanksgiving and I received the same comment on the Turkey. I’m no expert, but I e smoked enough meat to know I only changed one thing - the seasoning used. Used it on everything from smoked NY Strips (55 minutes at 225 w/ a strong wood & reverse sear on the cast iron doe 2 minutes per side) to Mac and cheese w/ amazing results.
