Worthless- does not work
Purchased for a Christmas gift and could not get to work. After two hours of messing with it, thought everything was good to go. Inserted probe and nothing. Totally worthless- should have bought a meater and spent the money rather than throwing my money away.

Didn't last a year
This a basic thermometer the app is OK and not bad for 99 I guess but it has it's limitations on what it can do but it just didn't last but 8 months and I although it has a warranty who wants to mess with that

Waste of Money
This does not reflect accurate temps at all. I have used it 3 times, and it was not even close!!! This was a complete waste of money!!!

Doesn’t stay connected.
Probes don’t always stay connected to the hub. Typically one will, but not both. It doesn’t matter if you have the hub right next to the oven, grill, roaster ect. I will say when they work, they are accurate.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Wireless Smart Thermometer Y-JX268 was purchased on November 24, 2023. For the last month one of the two probes cannot connect to the internet, although I have charged them for 24 hours. After a 24-hour charge, one probe still has no connection. ATTEMPTS TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE BEEN FRUITLESS.

Easy to setup on your smartphone
You can put in your meat your cooking and you see the internal temp of what you are cooking and alarms when done it has all the different meat temps just choose what you are cooking

High hopes from other reviews
Have to be really close to the block to stay connected 20 feet maybe.Now only one ot the thermometers works.Maybe I should give it a 1 star actually.

Product became defective after 2 uses, but the seller replaced with no concerns and quickly. Great customer service:)Works as intended an is expandable to 6 thermometers.Does not read BBQ / Oven temperature!Only reads meat internal temperature and estimated time to cook based on the present cook you pick (example: 2 hrs to cook 167F).

Satisfait du produit ! Les sondes sont solides, l'utilisation intuitive, et les mesures pendant la cuisson se sont déroulées sans problème. L'application est complète et pratique pour suivre les recettes déjà réalisées. J'espère qu'ils ajouteront plus de recettes et de fonctions à l'avenir. Mew filets mignons ont été parfaits !
