Worked great
Okay…it’s in the description, but I missed it. These DO NOT SEAL. My error. However, I inserted my chuck roast and clipped the bag to the side of the pot with a metal chip clip. Worked perfectly fine. THEN (should have done more research) realized that the meat was floating and it appeared as if it was only going to cook on one side. Hmmmmm. According to the internet and Amazon I should have bought some weights or a stainless steel mesh weight. Well, I had a mesh stainless steel scrubber in my kitchen for pots and pans. Hooked it to my clip and voila, meat was weighted. The scrubber cost about $6 compared to the mesh weights made specifically for sous vide and sell for around $30. Just a helpful tip. So the bags worked great. Perfect size. Easy to clean afterwards. Hung to dry, flipped inside out and hung again, rolled it up and ready to try again. By the way, chuck roasts need more than 24 hours to be really tender.

Great, huge, thin, easy to wash
A medium prime rib fits, can be sealed with rubber band, easy to wash because it’s flexible, very thin for good heat transfer and molds to shape of food. Thinness is a concern for sharp points in food (pointy bones) so take care when using just like a plastic bag. Overall a very good sous vide accessory

Great product for Sous Vide use
Really like these bags for sous vide use. They are pliable and easy to use for submersion method to remove air. They are easy to wash with soap and water, but retain the odor of what was cooked and need to be soaked in vinegar to remove most of it. The odor doesn't seem to affect the taste of whatever is cooked after. With all the medical news about adverse effects of nanoplastics, it seems that this is a good viable alternative to using plastic bags and adverse health effects from nanoplastics.

Bad performance
After just a couple of uses the color and smell from the meals cooked in them is lingering, and does not wash off, even with dishwasher liquid detergent snd hot water. Returning these items.
