Q: Is this spill proof when the top is open?

Yes it is. But I will say I was very disappointed because the graphics wore off from the wash.

Q: Do you sell replacement tops

It would save on the environment if you would sell the tops separately. I have two water bottles that need tops. I hate to just throw them away. Will you reconsider?

It comes with the straw. It’s just a normal one like the Thermos brand uses.

Honestly I've never seen you sold in stores. I would probably just buy a new one. I'm in really surprised that it broke so easily. We've had two for a couple of years. And I just bought two more for the family.
