If you buy this product anywhere else (same price in store at Whole Foods) it comes with a lid and is sealed. The entire Babo line is sealed to prevent tampering and to ensure sanitation. The fact that this is unsealed is worrisome especially when using it for a newborn. When i pushed the pump down to dispense the soap cake out right away. Usually when the product is new you have to pump a few times for the soap to dispense on the first use. It could be diluted or refilled with something else. I will not purchase through Amazon again.

This is a BABY product and it came without a lid or seal! I do NOT trust this product for my baby. It also looks dirty. Don’t buy from this company, it must have bad quality control which is NOT what you want for your babies skin.

I’ve got ridiculously sensitive skin so nothing works this among many others was recommended to me but all I did was drive my skin. Doesn’t smell bad or much like anything which is what I want but it’s right on my skin terribly.

This wash works well for babies of all ages. The ingredients are mild, there's no additional fragrance additives, and we've been using it for a year without any issues. It cleans well, washes off quickly, and doesn't leave any residue on the skin or hair. The design of the pump is convenient for one-handed usage. Highly recommend!

This is the only soap I've used on my newborn. The scent is non-existent and it feels very luxurious. I also like that this has an EWG rating of 1, which makes me feel better about using it on my baby. A lot of products marketed to babies have sketchy ingredients, so if you care about that sort of thing this soap is for you.

It’s so “clean”—no scent or residue. I was given one bottle and then bought two more for my next baby. I actually started using it in the shower myself too

Unfortunately the product arrived without a top. I checked the Amazon bag to see if it accidentally fell out. No top on site. It’s unfortunate I can’t get a replacement.
