I originally bought this pillow to help with alleviating my GERD symptoms a little less than a month ago (though to be honest, I'm not sure how much of a role it's played in helping that. I will say I do find that I don't wake up feeling like my esophagus is on fire quite as often now), and so far it's been a very nice pillow to sleep on in general. There was a bit of an adjustment period, though, as I got used to sleeping on it (you may sometimes slide down a little if you tend to move a lot while sleeping, and it may be a little too firm if you tend to prefer softer pillows). Once you get used to it, however, it's comfortable to sleep both on your sides and back.The pillow expanded quickly after removing it from its packaging (but it's warm where I live, so your mileage may vary), and off gassing was minimal (there was a bit of a smell at first, but only lasted the first night for me).Cleaning the cover it comes with is easy, there's a zipper on the back and all you have to do is slip it off the wedge, the opening is big enough to pretty easily slip the cover on and off. After the first wash, the cover may shrink a little (mine did), but it was very minimal and it still slides on and off easily (follow the care instructions to minimize this; cold wash on a gentle cycle, tumble dry on low heat). The cover also comes with little side pockets, one for use when the pillow is horizontal, and the other for when the pillow is being used vertically.I am 6'2" and purchased the 24*24*8 wedge, and positioning myself with my head resting at the top of the wedge has the thinnest part of it stop around mid-back. The thinner part of the wedge is also the softest, so it's not uncomfortable to have it stop there (I don't notice the transition from wedge to mattress at all).Overall, I'm satisfied with this pillow. The price isn't too high compared to some of the others I've seen on here and if you like pillows on the firmer side and prefer to sleep with your upper body slightly elevated, this is a pretty good option.

This is my second pillow from this seller. I found that after my acute illness passed, I needed one with less height. Since my first was of good quality and worked so well, I purchased a second one 2 inches lower.

It's good for my acid reflux. But I did have to move it if I wanted to sleep on my side. This could be just me needing to get use to the pillow. It's really soft and durable. I do like it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this so much! I was worried that it wouldnt be stiff enough because im a heavy girl. That it might just get flat.. but no.. it is not just stiff enough but is also soft at the same time. Like i do not end up flat because of my weight pressing on it. I dont know how to explain this any better. Its soft but perfectly stiff. Hahahaha all i know is i love it and has helped alot with my sleep. It keeps my back elevated throughout the night. I also do not slide down from it. I notice other products i would slowly slip down it at some point. But this is perfect. I love it. Highly recommend

Definitely helps me sleep comfortably. Not too high. Firmness to softness ratio is just right.

While it has helped with my snoring and acid reflux a bit, it can be uncomfortable to the neck. Paired it with my Pillow Cube to be more comfortable during my time watching tv or movies in bed. Pretty thick, but I think I might need a higher pillow.

This pillow is light weight, firm, sturdy and well built. It’s not too heavy and easy to wash. We use this to study in bed and it really helps with back comfort. When I was in my third trimester of pregnancy we used this a lot for intimacy purposes also after my c-section, this pillow really helped with comfort and relieving pressure.

This is a great & a high quality wedge! It's very comfortable to sleep on. It's convenient to carry it with a nice handle on top. It has a pocket on the side to put glasses or small items to have close by. I have acid reflux & arthritis in my neck & back so it helps with both issues. My sister bought one & I used it & loved it, so I bought one for myself. I highly recommend this wedge & would purchase it again!
