High quality but there are better products!
Ingredients list seems fine and it's not super heavy on caffeine as some other products. However, the taste could be better and it started lumping after being on the shelf for a couple of weeks - something that doesn't happen with other products.

Low stim? Good.
As I’m older and enjoy drinking copious amounts of coffee, pre workout with over 200mg of caffeine is too much for me to remain in the safe range to take. This is low caffeine and helps me with my workouts whether it’s cardio, endurance or weightlifting and does fine by me. 200mg plus and I feel it maybe unsafe for me to go full hog on a run or I’ll be unable to because my heart will be pounding out of my chest too far away from peak performance. This is exactly what I need and I hope it doesn’t (JOCKO) Go away.I think $40+ is way too much for this. $30 and below is more fair and if you can get it for that or less than I say get it. Over? No.Mixed well and dissolved completely.Tastes like the energy drink.

I liked his tea better than this preworkout!
I've noticed as jocko's business has grown, the quality of his products has suffered. This preworkout has a terrible mango flavor. It tastes too artificial with a lingering, industrial chemical aftertaste. I tried to mask it. It's just not worth it.

Good.
I didn't use it often but felt pretty when I did. Flavor was good too. The problem is that it dried out way before its expiration date. So ended up throwing almost half of it away. I kept it in a cool and dry place too.

If it's Jocko it's legit
The mango flavor is not great, but I'm not going to return it because I don't want to disappoint Jocko by being a quitter. I know he'd just say, "Good. Think of how much you'll appreciate a better tasting flavor on your next order." You're right, thanks Jocko.In all seriousness though, very high quality, I can truly feel the mental clarity improvement after taking this early in the morning. I got tired of other preworkout powders with all kinds of chemicals that messed with my stomach and probably weren't great for my body in the long term.I'll buy again... Just not the mango flavor.
