When I opened the package, the pens were full of powder and it fell on me and the counter. I threw it in the sink and washed the powder off me and the package!!I do not have the pens, I immediately threw them away!I cannot send them back!!

What I like is that there is a large variety of colors and the markers are dual heads - one like a paintbrush and the other a fine line tip. The brush end and fine line tip are in the same color so you can do touch ups and fill ins. I don't think they will blend as the ink is a marker style. But if you are looking for a basic coloring set for coloring books, adult or otherwise, and crafting. Recommended for everyday use or beginners but not for advanced use.

I really like these markers. I usually use alcohol based markers, but I wanted to see how these stood up in comparison using a non-bleed-through marker. The paper still warped, so be sure to use a thicker weight paper to avoid this or illustration board.I found the pigments to be bright, reasonably color-fast, and there was a decent choice of colors. The blending was decent, and I used a water color brush and water to check if that would work - with mixed results. I think that might work with water color paper.Definitely a good choice for a learning artist.

There are so many vivid colors (36 pen set) and both a fine and wider tip, for more coverage or the fine tip for more detailed work. These would be great for making artwork on thick art paper, coloring books, scrapbooking, or just doodling in your free time. I love the selection of both vivid and pastel colors, and the varying degrees of the colors would make it great for showing more depth. This is a nice set of markers and seems like a good value for the price ($17.99).

I like the dual design of these colorful markers. The fine line is great for lettering and the wider brush side works for coloring or doing things like Japanese characters. The caps snap in place to they prevent drying out easily. The set comes in a case with snap on front tab, and a pull up plastic handle to carry. The case is translucent, almost transparent so you can see all the different colors and pick the one you like. It has two trays of markers that slide out so you can use them, replace the parkers and slide back in the carry case. Great price for 36 colors and each one is dual use for lining or color filling. The plastic of these is hard and they are a bit thin, so I doubt there is a lot of ink in each individual marker. This makes them less useful in an artist type of application, but for limited use or occasional projects for the home user they are fine. Recommended.
