Bad Installation
The installation was completed, but the exhaust pipe provided was insufficient for proper functioning. I specifically requested the technician to install a larger pipe and even offered to pay the additional cost. However, he ignored my request, fixed the same inadequate pipe, and left without addressing the issue. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s disappointing that my concerns were dismissed despite my willingness to bear the extra cost. I expect this to be rectified immediately, as such service reflects poorly on your company
