This heater was amazing for my bedroom! At first, I was a bit confused on how to get it to work but after reading the reviews, the button is on the back of the device. From there, it began to work perfectly. It heats up a decently sized room quickly and my cat loves snuggling up near it. Very good product for NY winters

The item falls away from the outlet exposing the plug prongs for a little while until the the weight of it dislodges the heater all together. It also gets pretty hot to the touch. Fire hazard in my opinion.

I have 4 others i bought from HSN 5 years ago that still work great and go up to 90 degrees for 12 hours without pushing a bunch of buttons. Bought 2 of these and one shuts off after 3 minutes whether you set the timer or not. Reached out to the company who sold it and got zero response. Would not recommend these heaters.

Well not sure why the remote does not work. but also trying to change fan speed does not work.

Once I understood how it works I was able to get it to work well. Good for smaller rooms. Love the remote and thermostat.

Works great in our second bathroom. Keeps the chill out of the room.

Buyer beware, this thing as so many other report that it shuts off after a couple minutes, please read comments before purchasing I wish I would have.
