A gift from head chef
I was given one of these by my head chef. It was well over 10 years old and ran through a chanry knife sharpener and put through the dishwasher. It was blunt. I have got a bit of sharpness to it now but its used for heavy duty cutting and chopping so a fine edge isnt really needed.But its so versatile I use it for everything. Cleaning, spatula, de-icing, scraping, cracking things, measuring portion sizes, fly swat (2 kills), lobster splitter and many more.
