Treadmill works decently, great for walking and light jogging, screen is a tad dim though
The media could not be loaded. This treadmill gives you the best of both worlds in terms of a normal treadmill and under the desk walking machine. This works great if you are working from home and want to have a good additionan to your standing desk. With this I can easily slide the device under my desk and just use it as needed. It can fit under your bed but it is still a little tall so if you have a low bed this may not work well. For me, I actually put this under my couch. When the handles are down, there is no safety feature if you happen to fall as the clip is on the actual handle control. That being said, you need to make sure the magnetic clip is plugged in the handle to ensure you are able to power the treadmill on. Without it being plugged in, you will not be able to pwoer it on. With the handles up and the safety feature clipped in, it will easily get yanked off if you happen to fall. The treadmill can go pretty fast but the max speed is just 7. It has two buttons that can make the speed 3 and 6 without needing to push the button up. If you just turn the device on, it will be at a pretty slow speed. The device is somewhat quiet and you do not really hear it during zoom calls. You do not have to worry about the others hearing it which is great. When running on the treadmill, it can be a bit noisy from the constant stepping so it is not something that absorbs vibration. The treadmill can still be a little heavy but you are still able to slide this around as needed. The handles can be put down. You just need to unlatch it and lower it. Do not force the handles down as you can break the latch if you are not careful. There is also an exposed wire on the side but it is well wrapped so you do not have to worry about it breaking. This machine runs pretty smoothly. There is also a remote control in order to turn the device on or increase the speed when the handle is down. The battery is a coin battery and it is included. You need to install the battery yourself though. It does not require line of sight. You do have to look down to get reading though so if you use a standing desk that blocks it. I do have one minor complaint in that the actual viewing screen is a bit dim The treadmill is pretty shock absorbent so it keeps the vibration at a minimum during movement. I am able to get a decent work out with this and it is easy to move around so I can use it in other rooms whenever I need it. The controls are pretty simple and straight forward. There is a stand to put your phone or tablet on but just be aware it is not super high so you end up needing to look down. There is bluetooth to connect to the application so you are able to track your progress. There is no kind of speaker with this. The application is simple to use but not needed if you do not want to use it. It is nice that it automatically tracks your progress and it is easy to read. There are several speed options and it goes up to a pretty fast speed for a good running work out. Overall I do like this treadmill and it is great for home work outs or using when working from home. I am pretty happy with the performance. I like that it can be converted and easy to store so I do not have to worry about space. I have used it every day and it has not worn down or slowed down. The controls are simple and easy to use but just be careful when you have the handles down and you are using it. The reason being you are not able to stop the treadmill if you happen to fall while the handles are down. I wish it did have speakers on it but that is okay. The stand also can be removed but it does not interfere with the belt if the handles are place down. The one complaint I have is that it is a bit hard to see the actual screen. It is a bit dim. The remote is simple and just has increase/decrease speed and stopping/starting. It also comes with lubricant. It has a section you just pour the lubricant in while it is on a low speed. It does not leak on the bottom form what I can tell.

Perfect for indoor...
We purchased this walking pad/ treadmill for one of our teens to use for recovery from multiple surgeries. We have had tons of snow, ice, wind, & below freezing temps for a while, & this walking pad has made a huge difference for our teen. She is able to walk any day, any time, no matter the weather. There is no worry of her falling on ice & injuring her surgical limbs, etc. I have seen her surgery recovery go from good to great with the addition of the treadmill at home, instead of just being able to use one at PT.When the treadmill arrived the box & treadmill were far larger than I expected them to be. The box seemed to weigh about a 100# or so. I was able to drag the box from the front door, where hubby carried it into the house, into the living room to set it up. There really is nothing to assemble, aside from a phone/tablet holder that slides into the handle. We choose not to push the phone holder all of the way into the handlebar because when we need to fold the treadmill down to store it, we don't want to break the phone holder by leaving it installed if it doesn't fit under the bed without removing it. To set the handle up, you rotate the single lever outward on each side of the treadmill handle, swivel the handle up, & then rotate the levers back down to secure the handle. VERY easy & secure. The treadmill can be used with the handle up or down. The treadmill has a remote control to control the treadmill, with a wrist lanyard on the remote. If the handle is down, the remote control gives the user full control over the treadmill. There is a cord with a red plastic safety clip on one end that you attach to your shirt, pants, etc, & it has a magnet on the other end that secures to a sensor on the treadmill handle. If the magnet breaks contact with the sensor, it shuts the treadmill down for safety purposes (if someone were to slip off the back of the treadmill, fall, etc). The safety feature works very well. The treadmill is much lighter without the box. It is still heavy by itself, but not impossible to carry up a flight of stairs. I am not too sure I would try to carry it back down the stairs myself, but I did get it up the stairs to the bedroom. If it needs to come back down the stairs I would ask hubby to carry it because I would not want to drop the treadmill down the stairs or to fall trying to carry it myself. It is not so much that it is heavy, but the height of it & the fact that I do not want to drag the treadmill along the console on the one end or the end of the treadmill belt on the other end, would mean I would have to carry it down lengthwise, & I could see me losing my balance trying to carry it down the stairs. The treadmill is quiet & has a FABULOUS length, even for TALL people. My teens are 5'8"- 5'11" & have NO issue with their strides feeling as though they have to shorten it. They can take full, normal steps & have NO issues with their feet slipping of the back of the treadmill belt. It also works for the shorter family members, but I was a bit concerned about the taller family members after reading some reviews for these types of treadmills/ walking pads.SO happy with this DeerRun treadmill. Our teen like the pink accent on the belt sides. She has used this multiple times per day ever since it was delivered. Kid you not. She got one of our younger kids to walk a half of a mile on this with ZERO complaining because they wanted to use the treadmill. Had we been on a walk outside, that same younger kiddo would have been begging to be carried! lol At that rate, we might end up with another one of these for other kids as part of a home gym in the basement we are wanting to set up when the kids are older. We WOULD purchase this again!

Nice Walking Pad
I am very happy with the walking pad. Easy set up, moves easily as well and can be stored under bed (if it's high enough). One dislike is the length of the cord/plug. Not very long so I have to always get an extension cord. This could be improved.

Replacement, Customer Service, Quality
If you want a genuine review then continue reading. I first bought a treadmill from Deerrun in fall of 23 and I used it pretty much 5 days out the week up until the beginning of this month, it dropped me from 180 to 120 so I will say it serves its purpose. Unfortunately my roommate borrowed it and it somehow broke. Which led me to contacting the Customer Service Team to see how to fix it. They responded very timely, friendly and helped me resolve the problem quickly. Not only did they attempt to help me fix it, but after learning I couldn’t they sent me a new one. The whole process took like 2 weeks and throughout they kept me updated. So definitely great for Customer Service. As for the machine, from my experience it’s quiet, it’s pretty good with speed, the safety clip once removed stops the machine immediately (be careful). It’s easy to use and it’s not expensive compared to other treadmills or walking pads. Nice size and it’s able to be put away discretely, it also folds to save space. It’s not ugly so even if you left it up and in your room it would look fine as well. So all in all, yes. Get the treadmill. I doubt you’ll find better customer service or a better quality walking pad from other companies.
