This flour has more protein than wheat. It’s an excellent product.
I use Spelt flour all the time as I do not want to use wheat. This product is excellent and the ordering and delivery were prompt.

Used it in my first baked cob, 200g spelt with 300g strong white. Lovely flavour and great crumb!

Daylight robbery
At more than £8 i was expecting a pack of 6 bags.Great flour but sells at £2 a bag in Sainsbury's

Good flour
Good flour, bakes well. It suits me as I prefer low gluten flour for health issues

Couldn't be without it
My son is gluten intolerant yet he can have a small amount of spelt as it's easier to digest. Makes beautiful scones and cakes

Spelt flour bag damaged
I ordered 4x 1kg spelt flour bags. When I received them, they were all secured in individual plastic bags. I didn't realise that one of the 1kg bags inside its plastic bag was damaged. When I got to use this bag, I realised that It was torn and scotch taped (see photo) before being placed in the individual plastic bag. It is not only unacceptable when sold as a new sealed product but also non hygienic.

Makes wonderful bread!
Love spelt bread! Wonderful flavour. Use the spelt setting in my bread machine and every loaf has been great. Will buy again
