I wish the box could lock without the strap. Overall it's a very nice lunch box.

Product is great, shipping label however...
I absolutely love the bento box, the design on top is beautiful, the bamboo is solid, the entire set feels very sturdy in my hands, my only complaint isn't even with the product itself. Apparent whoever handled my box decided the best place to put the paper shipping label was on the product instead of the plethora of excess cardboard space.It's not even that bad of an issue, just one of those minor inconvenience things that honestly probably belongs on r/mildlyinfuriating.TLDR; Amazing product, 5 stars.

An sich eine gute Box, aber kein Kundenservice
Die Box an sich ist gut aufgebaut und auch suchtNun ist uns allerdings eine Box kaputt gegangen, aber es gibt keinen Kundenservice.Keine Email Adresse, kein Chat. Nur eine Nummer in Frankreich.Auch gibt es die Box nicht mehr wie wir die 3 gekauft haben, somit musste ich sie nun leider entsorgen

Perfect all around
I read multiple reviews about this product, and some of them don't do justice to the size and amount of food it can hold. Don't let your eyes fool you!! I bought this yesterday, it arrived early enough to pack it with lunch and snack and ended up having left overs. If you use portion control, make sure you're measuring cause you will go over it. Easy to use, easy to clean and seals perfectly. Instructions printed on the box on how to unseal and seal, also for care. Only downside for me is that I ordered the Lotus one and got a different one.
