This pillow is amazing no chemicals to harm you ,organic which ill only have including my sheets ect ,I bought this has I wanted this to go with my organic latex mattress I have a have protruding and herniated discs and don't want to risk health by breathing in fumes like fire retardants bleach ect .no more headaches or neck aches lovely customer service .arrived on second day made in Canada .LOVEThe quality of this is unreal its a medium pillow you can move the filing around I have a neck roll ridge at bottom and I make a hole for my ear to rest in middle and head sits on rest its made to top standard and I sleep longer now if you need really firm you just add more like I did customer service. very friendly and helpful.
