It was too firm first time I used so I took out some latex and kapok, then I feel the unbalance inside a pillow that made my neck in pain when I was in a side-sleeper position.

This pillow was amazing the first night, but then felt lumpy and I couldn’t get comfortable so I returned it. Excellent quality - just didn’t work for me. I think I’d prefer plain latex or plain kapok

I have a lot of neck and shoulder issues and this pillow makes it so much easier to get comfortable, fall asleep, and awake feeling better instead of worse.

Favorite pillow to date. Don’t be afraid to remove some of the inside stuffing and make it to your liking. Thanks for making an outstanding product.
