I like the functionality of this bird feeder pole, as it has a nice base that makes it very sturdy!After getting a smart bird feeder, I was trying to find a place to hang it, but wasn't finding anything that was really working for me. I finally realized that a spot outside my dining room would be great, but the issue was that I didn't want to put a bunch of holes in my siding or have to move it when my windows get redone next summer.This sturdy pole was PERFECT for me to be able to mount the bird feeder in that exact spot. What's better is that the feeder has solar power, so I can move the feeder to a different location (I have an outdoor wifi setup, also) whenever I would like! This is easy to move around and adjust how many sections there are for height adjustment.Would order this again- I am interested in how it will survive a really big storm, but I have high hopes that it will be great!

very sturdy. I put it together in minutes and was going to put it outside to use for a bird feeder, but then we had a storm and a couple rains. I like that it includes a bracket to hold a house, or feeder from beneath, or on the side. I'm waiting on a squirrel baffle before mounting everything on it. More to come.

Like another commenter, I got one of those camera birdhouses as well but once it came I realized I had no place to mount it and since I rent I cannot drill holes into anything so I got this. I did not have issues with rust and stuff like the other person did though. Mine came in good shape, with no rust and the metal was mostly clean. Sometimes metal can be pretty dirty coming from the machines but these weren't. . I also ordered a larger stand that has hooks coming off of it but decided to use this one for the birdhouse and that one for something else. So far this works pretty well. The only thing I might have liked would be the hooks to go a little deeper just for a bit more stability.

This is a nice post kit for a bird feeder (or other outdoor items). So far it has held up to strong winds and a couple VERY large crows. I love the crows so that is a good thing to me. Unfortunately it does not offer and squirrel deterrents so you will need to add your own squirrel baffles and place this in an area they can't jump off a tree or fence to access. This is not the fault of the pole kit, I just didn't think it through about the squirrel situation.

I live in an apartment so this was very nice to place around the walkway to my front door. This was easy to assemble, very simple and quick. There were two brackets to place your own birdhouse onto it. Does not come with a birdhouse. I like the idea of paining the birdhouse and having the grandkids help. There is truly nothing bad that I am able to say about this. Looks amazing, is easy to assemble, two options for hanging your birdhouse, looks amazing.

This pole is the perfect height for a birdhouse. It will mount onto the pole easily. The pole is thick and solid. It is powder coated so it won’t rust. It is very easy to assemble.

I bought my wife one of the smart ai bird feeders that has a camera. We had no where to mount it due to HOA. So when I saw this stand that had the adjustable heights and attachments for the bird feeder I knew I had to get it. I installed it today and already had the birds coming to the feeder and showing off for the camera.

was pretty tall. put bird house on first before fully assembling it. But putting it together was pretty simple and everything was coated for protection. it comes with all the screws you need to attach your bird house. The prong at the bottom are strong so they hold well. Great birdhouse stand!

These seem well made. Assembly is easy. Most parts just screw into each other. I appreciate that it has a mount for top or side, providing some options there for mounting, which is why I ordered this. It’d as good or better as the other similar pole mounts I have for various bird houses.

I have multiple shepherd's hooks and feeders around my house. This one is the best quality one found yet. The metal is thick, durable, and sturdy. It has a powder coated paint to help resist weather degradation. It is quick and easy to assemble and install. This is a great product!

I recently got one of those camera birdfeeders just for fun but I needed a way to mount it in my yard. When I saw this I thought it would be perfect. I've used this type of pole setup before for shepherds hooks in my yard for my other bird feeders with no problems. Unfortunately though right out of the box I saw problems coming.For starters the threads on the sections to screw together were all rusted which doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence these will last long. The threads are also very thin and not very deep. The shepherds hooks I have use deeper threads that are at least 1/2" in length to hold together. Screwing these together was a bit difficult and I had to clean the threads a bit to get them to go together.After getting them all screwed together I could tell that at full length this wasn't going to hold so I removed a section out and lowered the birdhouse a bit. In my case that was better placement for the birdhouse anyway. Unfortunately though the sections wouldn't stay tightly screwed together and loosened when the bird feeder rocked. I'll probably take them apart again and try some thread locker and leave it in my garage for a day to see if that fixes the issue. Note in my photos how the rod itself is "bent" with the weight of the birdhouse. The other problem is that the 4 tines on the bottom aren't wide enough for this type of application. They really need to be another couple inches longer and at least 6" between tines for the weight.Overall I am giving it three stars because I think I can eventually get it to work. The black finish on the poles is also nice and doesn't feel cheap. The poles themselves also fell solid. It's just the threads and the base that keep it from getting really good marks from me.

It's a simple tool to lift your bird feeder off the ground and away from curious squirrels. The pieces come threaded and ready to go. Just screw all the pieces together, pound the stake into the ground and rest your bird feeder on top. Haven't seen how it'll hold up in the wind yet, may need to add some tie downs, but for now it seems fine.
