SalomonAlphacross 5 Men's Trail Running Shoes, Powerful Grip, Long Lasting Comfort, and Versatile Performance

Love these shoes very light and comfortable. These are my fourth pair now (different styles). I'm normally a size 13 but always go a half size ip than your normal size.

This shoe is great for its price. Very good looking yet sturdy. Wear in daily life in addition to trail hiking as well.

I run 6-10km a few times a week, mostly along bridleways (so my dog is safe off lead). I have had these for about 4 months now and on the whole these are great trainers, incredibly light, super comfy, good stability and seem to still have some durability when it gets rocky. They are particularly good when the ground conditions are dry or damp, when the grip and stability is excellent. In the wet, they do however let in water on the top of the toes very quickly when splashed by the other foot, solved by spray sealant fine. I know they arent meant to be waterproof, so maybe not a surprise, but it is far too passable a membrane compared to my battered old nikes, such that i still wear them if it has rained heavy.

Nice comfortable trainer, like the colour, the only things that could be better is the heel area its nice and soft but your heel will dig a hole after a couple of months of use, it needs perhaps some kelvar fibres in the mix to make it stand up to use a bit longer, and after about six months of use the sole will start to come away so the glue they use is clearly not good enough, but that was my last pair, the problem with all of these is the insoles are very thin, they are total rubbish in fact, i always bin them straight away and add a good set of Svartz footbed absorbers, makes a huge difference.

Comfort for walking/running and exceptional grip, great fit in my size and very light to wear.

These are really hard under foot. There is little cushioning, which makes them hard on one’s knees and joints. I’ve the black Gortex version which are great, so quite shocked at these gray ones, almost thought they were fakes. Then the mockery of it all, it says they are ‘Otho-lite’ on in insole labelling. I’ve had speedcross ones before which were great too. Very disappointed.

Yıl içinde aldığım ikinci Alphacross 5'im. Salomon'un pek çok ürününü kullanıyorum ama yıllardır bu modeli etrafımdan duydum, kullanmamıştım. Pişman oldum. Siyah modelinin yanına bu gri modelini aldım. Çünkü indirimdeyken klasik marka bir spor ayakkabıdan daha ucuza geldi. Zaten ki daha dayanıklı ve kesinlikle daha rahat.
