I bought this bracelet set for my fiance and I. We both downloaded the app on our phones and connected to one another. However, when we send a notice it doesn't go through to the other person. Also even after turning on the settings to allow it to run in the background, it still shuts down and will not work. Another thing is you can't connect to another Bluetooth device with the bracelet like you can with other devices. If it's connected to the bracelet it can only be connected to the bracelet. Definitely not worth the money spent. If I could get my money back and return them I would.

These don’t vibrate- the only thing that happens is the light blinks when the other person triggers it. It says there’s a vibrate option but it doesn’t do anything. The app that these run off of is very cheap and poorly made. Just overall not a good product. They were returned instantly.

Easy to use install and work with such a beautiful idea for a gift I bought these both and gave one to my mother for Christmas because we live in different states and it’s been a last years well worth it. We can always tell when one another are thinking of each other when I touch my bracelet hers will light up a designated color I chose and vice versa when she touches hers. My bracelet lights up. They run off of Bluetooth so doesn’t matter how far away you are from each other.

Got this as a Christmas gift for me and my girlfriend and of course neither bracelet will connect to our phones. Even after downloading the app allowing all permissions neither phone will pair with either of the bracelets. Big waste of money

So far, it doss a good job connecting. The only issue I have at the moment is putting the thing on my wrist. The hook is really hard to open with just your finger, and sometimes it doesn't open all the way.

Additionally, the application randomly lights up the phone's screen, but fails to trigger any vibration alerts, not even on the phone itself. This could significantly impair the user experience, as it may lead to missed notifications or unnecessary battery consumption due to the screen being activated without purpose. Overall, the application and its associated hardware require enhancements to meet user expectations for functionality and efficiency.

It is such a waste of money. Does not work like the description says. You have to constantly reconnect. I have shopped around and finally decided on this one. It is so disappointing!! This is straight out of the box and a brand new battery. This product is garbage!! Do not waste your money!!
