Good bands
Substantial thick bands, good for all gym exercises. Dont tend to buckle or cut in when worn on legs. Good value for money as I bought them for gym classes, they seem to be lasting well despite daily use by men and women.Would recommend

Ridiculous
These are ridiculously small, and don't feel sturdy enough to withstand a proper workout. They roll up, and feel.like they are going to snap any minute! I am a size 10 and they are too small so anyone bigger would have a real struggle. Save your money and buy a better set!
