Comfort Smart Cameron 56 inch Electric Fireplace TV Stand - White, CS-28MM1030-WHT

Received this item with a few chips and a dent in the fireplace. Also the remote was missing. They did work with me in trying to send me a new remote which I hope I receive soon. Overall look of this fireplace is great. Nice slim design and easy to assemble.

Came in a day earlier than expected. Very easy to assemble. The fireplace is very nice and has a remote. The fire is not the most authentic looking flames available, but i’m ok with that. Very nice for the price. The heat it puts out in the bedroom it is in is great. Also the thermostat has numbers instead of the traditional twist style on electric fire places. So you can see the temperature you are setting it to. Such as 70,75,80,85,90

Works well, easy to assemble. Fireplace does make a little background noise.

Let me start by saying that I don't expect a realistic looking flame from an electric unit, however the "flames" on this piece are really cheap and cheesy looking. There are no color-changing options, like on many fake fireplaces these days, only brightness settings. If I were using this as a feature piece in my living room, I'd be rather disappointed with the "fire" feature, however, that isn't why I bought this piece. We have our TV set up in the finished basement of our home and needed a space heater for our cold northern winters. In general, the whole piece looks nice (fire flames being the exception), it was very easy to assemble (clearly written and illustrated instructions and I put it together by myself in just an hour), and it gives off a nice heat for our space. One of the main reasons I purchased this unit over some of the others was because it offers a digital, numerical thermostat that can be adjusted to the degree of your liking. Overall, it's a great piece for the price, but I don't recommend it if you're buying it for the appearance of the fire feature.
