Extraordinary comfort and relief for those of us who suffer real misery with cold feet. I had initially worried that they might interfere with fit of shoe/boot, but they sit snugly under toes. The heat remains for many, many hours!

Good value buying in larger quantities. Great for keeping your feet warm in the winter. Simple to use - just rip open the packet and stick them to the bottom of your feet.

Theses are great, have been using for a few years working outside in winter. They keep my feet warm all day in wellies and haven’t had chilblains since using them

I bought these to go along with the hand warmers I bought. These are really good and keep your feet lovely and warm. There's no instructions on how to use them but the best way I have found how to activate them is to take them out of the packaging and separate them . By gently squeezing all over the pad with your thumb and finger that starts the chemical reaction. Then take off the sticky back of the pad and place them on the floor with the sticky part facing you position your toes over the pad and press down with your foot once you have done that just need to make sure it is stuck on to your sock with your fingers by pressing around the edge of the pad this way it stays secure then just pop your foot into your shoe and away you go. The heat last about 8 hours.

An excellent product. They keep my feet warm for hours. Attach them to your socks and feel the warmth.As a Raynauds sufferer I appreciate warm feet. My feet can get cold in doors as well - these are an absolutegodsend. This particular brand is excellent and which I have used for years.

Good sticky pad; adheres really well to socks. Comfortable to wear; they mould to your foot. Best to open 5mins before you need them if you want your feet to be hot straight away. Easily fits in boots and wellies and most ordinary shoes. On a cold day they remain significantly hot for about 3hours; I will sometimes open a second pack on a cold day.

I use these when working outdoors in winter, as I have to wear wellies and really struggle to keep my feet warm. I also use them if I have to go somewhere indoors where I will have to sit for any length of time, and that adds a great deal to my comfort. They are not at all uncomforable either, as I have problems with my feet and have to wear special insoles. I have tried just about everything else in the past and they are well worth the expense!
