You have to let them warm up before putting on feet as if you put your shoes on straight away they stay cold until you take your shoes off and the air gets to them

I work outside and usually get chill blaines in the winter. Since using these ( for 2 winters now) I haven’t had one! They are fantastic and definitely stay warm for the 8 hours they claim. The only downside is they do go out of date
