Good for rehab shoulder excersises
Use this whilst recuperating from a frozen shoulder. Really helped to get things moving again. Good for warm ups prior to golf too. Attaches to the top of a door, so simple to use. Seems pretty robust.

It works...
Bit noisy but I don't have a whole lot of confidence in it's durability over a longer period of time. The chord that's used seems to be reasonable enough but I wouldn't be hanging off it like an ape. To get the movement in your shoulders and upper back if you're like me and have tight muscles under the shoulder blades then this product works nicely with just a bit of leaning forward and pulling. Using a rotating method of arms forward and back above the head seems to hit the spot. The quality of it is just okay. It's not something you'd see in branded products, and that's probably because it comes in a completely unbranded plastic packaging. With a bit of oil or grease you can get rid of the noise to make the workout a little less annoying so that's not a big issue. For £8.59 I'd say it's reasonable enough price wise if you're after something short term to try fix or do some physio for some injury but for longer exercise purposes I can image it being pushed too much. That being said, it's not a bad product, it's just average. It does the job though but for serious exercising, people might be left wanting more.

OK for light exercise
This is a very simple piece of kit – a strap that you fix between a door and its frame with a pulley and piece of cord. The cord is a good length. The handles at the end of the cord are very simple arch shaped pieces of cheap plastic. The pictures online show someone leaning forward in order to provide resistance for the exercises…. I didn’t feel particularly confident doing this as I’m not convinced that the pulley itself is robust enough to take body weight challenges. This would be useful for someone recovering from eg frozen shoulder, just needing to improve range of motion - but I’m not sure it’s the best for regular strength training. Current price of £8.59 is probably top end of reasonable for what it is.
