Not really worth buying
There's nothing good about this tracker, except the strap, which is comfortable and unobtrusive.1) Bluetooth. I think it expects you to have the watch and your phone permanently tethered via bluetooth. Even at night. Which simply wasn't ever going to happen because my three year old phone's battery is run flat by constant bluetooth. This may, or may not, account for the following defects:-2) Heart rate. It is simply useless. Half the time it can't detect anything. I've tried the strap tight, the strap lose. On the Veryfit app (more on that later) there's no data about heart rate but that might be linked to bluetooth. however, if i switch bluetooth on and then off it will transfer data about steps taken so why not heart rate? Perhaps it has't the memory capacity? But the data it would pass is hopeless. If i go for a run the most it detects is 108 beats. Im 50+ and would love a heart rate of 108 but I expect 140+ is more realistic. So no points there. I know most watch heart rate (even FitBit, Apple etc.) are not very good (need a chest strap for accurate measurement) but i expect other wrist products are better than this.3) Steps. It seems ok(ish) for steps but its conversion to distance is appalling. I run a mile. I know it's a mile after very careful measurement. It records 0.62 mile. I know the steps are a little heavy compared to the phone tracker - all that arm waving - so you might expect a slight overstatement. So if it thinks it's .62 mile it must think I run with baby steps...4) Sleep - It's recorded nothing. Again, might be bluetooth but diddly.5) Veryfit app. Or Veryfit2 I think it is now. Ugly, uninformative and really unacceptably poor given there are SO many apps out there with nicer interfaces and functionality. So it tells the time, has a stopwatch, nice strap and the battery is OK. But my watch has a nice strap and a stopwatch, tells the time and needs no battery, so £25 wasted.Edit - 4/2/2017They sent me a message because I gave a one star review so here's what they said and my comments in " ":-1) Bluetooth: If the bluetooth disconnect usually, i recommend you can uninstall the APP, then re-install again. And assure your network under 4G or Wifi. - "I didn't say it disconnects - I said it drains my phone's battery so I turn it off. So the bluetooth works well but I didn't realise needed to be on all the time"2) Heart rate: - The correct way to use the function of Heart Rate is:1. click to heart rate menu, and the heart rate inductor's green light on the back of the band is on.2. Close the back of the band, the inductor to the muscle.3. Read the number after 10 seconds. If it is not done in this way, the measure of HEART RATE maybe not correct.Every pc band is tested in our factory, the heart rate monitor function should work well."OK. I misunderstood this. Assumed it would read my heart rate without me telling it to. So my mistake but who wants to push multiple buttons to get a heart rate read?"3)Steps: Please set the actual height and weight in the APP, the step and distance is related to it. "I set my height, weight etc. as instructed"4) Sleep: The pedometer track the sleep automatically, you can see the data in the APP. "No, I can't. Nothing in app. Probably because I have bluetooth off"5) Veryfit app: If you don't like the Verfit 2.0, you can download another APP named "Verfit for heart rate", please look at the attached photo, it is the fast guide of the smart band, i hope it can bring you helpness. "will try that, and worth knowing""So, I will up my review to 2 stars, just because there's a different app to try, and if you don't mind having bluetooth on all the time it might be OK"

Fitness tracker
I bought this fitness tracker as I want to get in shape for summer. When I first recieved the product the packaging was impressive and I like the magnetic case to open and close the case.Opening the package I saw the product itself with an instruction manual and a cable. The fitness watch had an metalic button to adjust the strap to my wrist. The strap felt nice and comfy and certainly does not look cheap.flicking through the instruction manual It was very informative and it had aQr code which would enable me to scan the app using my barcode reader that was pre installed on my phone. This was much easier for me to do rather than having to enter it manually. Once the app was installed it asked for my details such as my weight and height etc . I was then able to look at my stats on my phone which is really cool. The usb provided was very easy to attatch on my fitness watch ,rather than having to plug it in the component I can simply attatch it to the back of my watch and it would be charging. The features which were displayed on the box mentioned phone call and messages alert so I tested it out and was really happy with it. It would vibrate to notify you and I can adjust the vibration to how many times it would vibrate.Overall the fitness tracker is a great purchase and has multiple features which other fitness watches may not have.

Damaged product - Replaced immediately - Great Customer Service.
I have purchased two of these Smart Bracelets, one for me and one for my other half. The first one for me works perfectly and linked with no problem to my phone etc. So very pleased with this. The second bracelet had problems from the start and although bound ok to my other half's phone, it then kept re-setting itself, with the time going to zero an the miles going back to kilometre's.I contacted the company from the link on here an the customer service was very good - after I told them that the bracelet was showing the spanner with -02 on it, they said that it had been water damaged. I did write and advise them that it had never been near any water etc. so I can only assume it was faulty from the start - we only had it a few weeks and it wasn't used straight away.Anyway customer service was great, they said they would replace the item without question and I received a replacement within days. Touch wood this one seems ok, although we have yet to go out and 'test' it, I am hopeful it will be ok.So finally a thank you to customer service for great service and for this reason I would recommend buying from this company.

Good for the price, but unrefined
I purchased this device as a much cheaper alternative to a FitBit or similar, to see if I would get on with the concept of fitness trackers. This one appealed due to the impressive number of features packed into such a low price.Whilst the device is extremely good value, I'm afraid the functionality and VeryFit 2.0 app rather lets it down. The heart rate monitor is also very erratic and it's a shame it does not track constantly. The wrist gesture sensor is far too sensitive and I had to turn it off, because the screen comes on at the slightest movement. Sleep tracking is disappointing because it only relies on movement, and it always thought I was still asleep while I was snoozing or reading in bed.Lastly, I was never able to get the device to sync with my app automatically. Each time I wanted to sync, I had to unbind and rebind the device and this is obviously not sustainable. Perhaps this is an isolated issue, but I tried various troubleshooting steps to no avail. If you are happy with a less refined app and functionality in a fitness tracker, go for it. This one is reasonably slim and nice looking. However, I made the decision to return mine for a refund and buy a FitBit Alta HR for a more refined experience.
