Yes it’s led and plastic tubing but it looks good. Definitely appears neon. It has a switch and is usb plug in. It’s light weight so I hung it up with fish wire making it appear to be floating in mid air. Pretty cool 😎

I am using this product as a topper for my Virtual Pinball Table. It looks great and really adds that finishing touch to it. I would have given it 5 stars, but the fact that it doesn't have memory (last "on" state) is a disappointment. I own LED strip lights that cost much less that have Bluetooth and Memory so why not this. I don't need Bluetooth, but the memory would be great. I use on the dimmest setting so every time I turn it on I have to dim it down. Bummer.
