Does its job well
The spatula is a good length. It is all in one, so does not feel as though it is going to fall apart. The centre of the scraping blade is firm, and the edges less firm, so the spatula blade shapes itself to the contours of the bowl or pan in which it is being used. Although it is stated as being extremely heat resistant, I feel unwilling to put that to the test, and prefer to use stainless steel in any food over 100 degrees Celsius. However, I liked the spatula sufficiently, that I then bought a second one.
