BRABIC Women’s Full Body Shaper Sport Sweat Neoprene Suit,Waist Trainer Bodysuit with Sleeves for Weight Loss

First i want to say a while back i asked what would be a perfect size for me because i weigh 183 lbs and i had gotten my answer an x1 and so months past by while i was still debating on rather i should get this item or not because i bought something like this before it was a vest like shirt and pants they was an 1x but they was too small and did not fit me properly( NOTE i did not buy the pants and the vest shirt from this company it was from another seller )and thats the reason why i was a little scared to buy this body suit but i finally decided to get it and the 1x fits perfect on me and it was not hard for me to put it on i got it on the first try and im glad that i push my self to finally get this body suit and i already know that it would make me sweat because of the past item i bought that did not fit me properly but believe it or not i tried something else a bit crazy if you can call it that heres what i did i wrap some saran wrap around my stomach and then put the body suit on and talk about alot sweat my stomach was pretty much shinning with sweat and im not sure if your souppose to do that but i wanted to try it only for one time and also when i did that the body suit did not stick to my stomach like glue lol because i read some of the reviews and some of them say that it sticks to your stomach and hard to get the zipper down because its stuck to your skin with all the sweat but i also want to say this suit is a little bit hard to get off of the arms so its a bit challenging on that part other then that this body suit is super! Also some people say that they went by some of the sizes other people posted to me i think you cant just go off what everybody says because if it does not turn out the way you want it then you will be disappointed and start saying you shouldnt went with that person said and so on and you also have to remember just because you weigh the same weight as someone else does not mean that the size they get will fit you because you have to also remember everybody carries their weight differently on their body like for an example a person can be 5'1 and weight 130 lbs and is chubby in the stomach while the other person thats the same height and same weight has flat stomach but carry their weight in their thighs im sorry if that was a terrible example but i hope you get what im saying when i say everyone carries their weight differently and so on and also did any one else get a piece of paper with your body suit that says buy one get one free to test? You probably did but Ill post up a picture of it anyway! Although im not going to do that because i perfer not to because i rather buy all my items and leave genuine reviews rather then get something free just to leave fake reviews and just to keep receiving free items and i also i truly believe when something is free its really NOT free it just looks that way! Besides the item is not really free since you have to leave a review on it so yeah not free! and im sorry for this very long review! Anyways I will buy this body suit again if the one i purchased wears out! And i hope every person that reads this i hope you have a nice day/night and i hope that if you decide to get this body suit i hope that it will fit you perfectly and best of luck! Unbiased review. All critical issues are mentioned (despite the fact, I am happy about product)1. Shipping. Arrived in a neat clean ziplock bag, inside large envelop - packaging was great2. Ordered XL, fit perfectly *my height*. I am 5.2, size 14-16 US). When I put it on, it was hard to zip (cuz of puffy tummy) and I could see the inch of "body" between sports bra and suit - but I knew ahead it won't take more than a week to zip it without efforts and it's exactly what happened. If you are a tall person, you might consider a size up. That "inch" is no longer showing either.3. Its super easy to put it on. Zipper works well and holds. However taking it down takes a lot of efforts as its glued to sweat body and you prob gonna lose plenty of extra calories just by trying to remove it :-). However, it's not the fault of the product! Would be nice to have some "extra handle" on the back. It would be also *nice* if there would be some extra triangle of soft material added to top of zipper so body does not feel it (its not bothering anyhow)4. I owe multiple products from the same material diff brands and $. They all work differently. This one has a lighter material and I don't get a drops of water on it inside after workout - it absorbs sweat well, the material is nice, soft, and LIGHT. Its well made and as a free bonus, matches my blue-accented shoes.5. I walk/run with it but putting hands up (weight lifting?) is an effort. It works perfectly for my needs, so 5 stars. For weigh-lifting, I would order a sleeveless one from the same company in future.5. Very important. Do not exercise in this product for a long time. Just like any other product of the same material. It puts a lot of work on your heart and when I did a research it was like no more then an hour a day. I use it in the morning only because of this (and normal sports clothing for the night workout). You don't burn calories, but you do lose water weight, it will show it on your devices and also this type of material makes magic with cellulite (skin is silky too). I don't count on it when losing weight (water weight will eventually come back) but it does help. Also DRINK plenty of water because you lose a lot of water from your cells.I did not receive anything for this review - its just a fair and honest Amazon review (which is a rare find nova days).

I got this suit to help me sweat more as I begin exercising again... it came in the mail yesterday and I wore it this morning on my 2 mile walk. It works great. I live in Texas it’s May 9am and 73 outside and a bit humid ... I was SWEATING like I was running. I ordered an XL (I’m a 12-14) I probably should of ordered a L but am glad that I didn’t because of the length in the body was just right (I’m 5’5) and range in the arms was tight compared to the legs and body. This would be hard to lift in or do any type of upper body in. The suit did feel snug but not compressed (again it was maybe a little big for me). My goal was to sweat and it did what I wanted, if I’m consistent I’m hoping I’ll have to order a smaller size soon. The things I don’t like are the noise it makes while moving (maybe that will fade with use) and the lack of range of motion for the arms. A longer sleeve would be great to help compress and tone your arms to the elbow.

I am approximately 5', and 127 lbs and I ordered a size Medium suit and it fix perfectly. The first time I wore it and went for a walk, I did not sweat, as I hardly sweat even when I exercise. However, the second time and subsequent times I did sweat. (just as advertised). This is a great product and I would certainly recommend it to anyone interested.Also the customer service is excellent as they will contact you as soon as you reach out to them in order to solve the problem.. I am very satisfied and would order another one from this company when needed. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
