Bought to illuminate a 70x90 cm picture in a medium sized room with subdued lighting. Does the job and adds a little bit more ambience. Warm white light selected for evening, but the middle tone would be better for daylight hours (at least for our picture). Lasts two evenings of six hours lighting per evening between charges at the moment, usually charged overnight using a low power phone charger. Will have wait to see what the drop off in charge capacity is with time as I don't see a way of replacing batteries when they eventually decay, so it may be a case of disposal/replacement of the entire unit at that time.

This light is absolutely amazing and does exactly what I bought it for

I bought 3 of these in January whilst redecorating and finally got to put them up and use them a few weeks ago. Easy enough to put up and I'm happy with them. However, because of lighter nights at the moment they are only switched on for 2 to 3 hours most evenings and they are all fully charged up at the same time but one of them loses it's charge long before the other two which doesn't bode well for winter nights. I don't have the troubles of other reviewers whose lights only work with usb attached but those stories added to my own experience stops me buying anymore in case I get a dud. When they work like they should they are great - remote control and dimmer function are very useful - but it seems a bit of a lottery as to what you receive in terms of a fully functional light (which is what is advertised!).

Only works when on charge

Very good item. Bought to put above dartboard. Does the trick.

Just the right light for night time

This is just ok, I bought it for my dart board, does not cast enough light to light whole board, so bottom half is dimly light, also does not last a great deal of time. I would not recommend for a dart board spend a bit more a buy a proper light for a board.

Love everything about these picture lights! We got 4 of them and charged them up before putting them up. Then we had them on 5 evenings for several hrs each night before we had to recharge them. With the extremely strong magnetic feature , we don't worry about them falling and they are easy to take down to charge. Full charge til light changed from red to green took about 3 hrs. It is great to have choice of light level and also choice of color temperatures because it changes the look of a painting. In the past, we had lights that you had to take down totally to change the batteries (no recharging!) so not only did we go through lots of batteries but it was such a pain we only used them when entertaining. With these we use them every night!

C'est la 2ème réception de la lampe en une semaine et ça ne marche toujours pas. La lampe ne se recharge pas et fonctionne uniquement sur secteur. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce produit, j'espère maintenant me faire rembourser les 2 lampes et le coût du renvoi en Grande Bretagne qui s'élève à 40euros pour les 2.

Yo la utilizo para iluminar una Diana para dardos y funciona muy bien. Me gusta mucho que no requiere instalación eléctrica ya que se recarga y se puede utilizar como lámpara de mano, se puede quitar de su base por estar imantada.
