Percussion Workshop HB8 Coloured Hand Bells (Pack of 8)

These are great fun! I bought a different brand to start with but ended up returning them as at least one bell was a note out and so tunes didn't sound right. I wish I'd bought these in the first place! All in perfect tune and the they sound fab! My family of all ages has really enjoyed playing them over Christmas.

Having joined a handbell group earlier in the year we decided to introduce our grandchildren to the 'noble art' by buying these. We weren't disappointed. The bells have a pleasant 'tinkle' and are very well tuned.One is of course limited to the music which can be played, which has to fit in a C to C octave, with no sharps or flats. There is some music which comes with the bells, but this is printed very small and the tunes are largely unfamiliar. However a bit of googling will lead to a small selection of tunes. One site provided free music which was colour coded using the same colours as these bells, so presumably they are standard colours.Most importantly though, our grandchildren loved them, and we had lots of fun over Christmas!

Very pleased with these bells which have proven to be a great hit with all the family. The bells are well made and are pitch perfect!

Both c bells were red. There should be a white c bell as described or shown in the images. This is confusing for small children

This is an excellent product! It's so hard to find in-tune instruments for children and these are spot on. They are easy to ring and have a beautiful tone so even if my 2yr old plays them really loudly, they still sound nice! The colours are lovely and bright and having the ends of the handles numbered as well as having the pitch written on them, is really helpful for children to learn and understand how music works. I suspect these will be a family favourite for many years to come. Can't recommend enough!

These bells sound good and are in tune. They are quite robust. Easy to wipe clean.

Excellent quality - robustly made and with a lovely sound. We’ve had a lot of fun trying to play tunes communally at various gatherings of friends and family. A really great buy!

These hand bells are beautiful sounds, and the colours are suitable for both my toddler and an elderly relative with dementia. So good I bought another set to gift to her at Christmas.
