I bought them for a major even to be used for 2 days, they fell apart on day one. I was not there at the even but staff had to transfer food in the middle of a major even of over 800 people and throw the pans out. It was a major embarrassment for the staff and the brand as a whole. I want my money back.

There were mixed reviews therefore I wasn't sure. After reading a review about the plastic on the product and it being a "chemical mess" when the burners are lite, it scared me. Then I looked at the prices on other sets and most of them were $50 to $100 more. So then, I started thinking it's plastic. I am glad purchased this and saved money! Most of the plastic was easy to pull off even though the plastic around the screws does get stuck. So I put some water in each pan, and put them in the oven on high heat, the plastic around the screws melted. Then I washed them really good, used them at my daughters baby shower and was very satisfied!
