This hose reel is very very well made !!I was in doubt if it would be better to get a simple garden hose or a retractable system, but after receiving this product and using it, Wow!! I,m totally sure that I've made the right decision.It makes it much easier to use he hose around my garden and I don't even have to bother to put it back. The retractable system is great and the quality of hose is excellent, never seen a hose made of this material before. I'm planning to buy a second unit to use in the front of my house.

So far so good. My only complaint is that the hose kinks quite easily which after a while becomes a pain in the ass, but other then that it’s working quite well.

Recv'd item yesterday. Brand New Out Of Box and the hose will not retract. Glad I bought this thru Amazon because of their return policy. I can say Good of Amazon as they've always taken care of me when it comes to returning a Brand New defective item.I've emailed bloomusacorp.com as the Label stated on the unit for Customer Service, 12 hours later no response, yeah, I should give them more time to respond, under their Amazon listing of this product it's written you'd be part of their family and they'd take care of you. There's also a phone number listed but I will not call them knowing this item is defective and put in a defective claim with Amazon that has been approved with a return shipping label.My prior 4 year old RL FloMaster stopped rewinding and figured I try this one although costing $20+ more. Yikes! It seems all brands have their problems with retracting and am lucky this one failed right out of the box! If anything I'll get the less costly RL FloMaster from Amazon. NO sense paying for the higher price item that will eventually have the same problem which plagues "all" manufacturers for this type of Auto Retracting Hose Reel. This unit and probably all other manufactured units of this type are Made in China. Being that said, I don't think there's much better reliability from one Chinese manufacturer to the other. They ALL the same, Cheaply made with inferior parts to keep costs down.I surely miss a reliable Made in the USA good that's reasonably priced. There's hope this will change under Trump, quality goods Made in the USA at a reasonable cost.

This Power retractable hose reel, is simply put...strong. I’ve been shopping around looking at several different models in this class, and came to the conclusion that this unit had the best hose design, the best look and portability, and the best price value. Another feature I truly liked is that you can remove it from the wall during the winter month era to avoide freezing and damage to the hose. The wife truly loves this hose reel for its power rectractor feature. It is a lot stronger than she originally thought it would be.

The mount that is included in this product is plastic. I mounted this to a wall and the hose mount could not handle the Wright and the plastic began to bend. The company sent me a new one and it works better (bad batch) but make sure you install this perfectly vertical. A metal mount would be way better.As for the hose, it’s really good. It’s strong, you can pull quite a bit without any issues. How durable it is remains to be seen, the retraction feature works well- but it could be a little more forgiving (you only tug very lightly to get it to retract otherwise it extends out more). I find it best to retract the hose at the source with a small tug and then let the hose slide through your hands with your hands controlling the speed.3 stars because of the mount, otherwise would be 4.5.

This is what I needed to have! Easy to install and use, connects right away and is simple to manage. Just being able to have a hose that is not twisted, tangled or that stops the water flow every now and again is great! I was able to wash my car and water the plants without the hassle to walk back and forth to untangle a hose, who doesn't love that? Another great product to have at home.

Plastic parts cracked and hose stops retracting at all. Worked great for a month or two. Now just a long hose with useless heavy base.

I was initially very disappointed. When I first installed it I couldn't lock it at a particular distance. It was always just pulling itself back into the box. After several tries, I got it to lock at about 20 feet, and at 40 feet. I thought maybe I was doing it wrong. I own a retractable air hose, and a retractable extension cord, so I kinda know how these thing work. This wasn't working... Until the next time I tried it. Went out 2 days later, and I can get it to lock at any length. I don't know if it needed some sort of "break-in period", or what, but now the locking system works fine.Also, there was something in their ad about a "slow return system"... Well mine doesn't do that! It returns to the box at about 20 mph! You definitely have to more or less walk it back to the box. If you just let it go from 40 feet out, it could take out teeth of anybody in the way! Then again, I don't know. Maybe their "slow return system' will start working next week. I'll give a heads-up if it does. In the meantime, I'll be giving everyone in the immediate area a heads-up every time I let go of the hose...

Primeira mangueira que tenho deste tipo, funcionamento perfeito. Tive que utilizar outro tipo de bucha para fixar na parede, não utilizei as que veio devido ao tipo de alvenaria que tenho, porem totalmente satisfeito com o produto.
