Arrived super fast - next day. Fitted very easily - fool proof instructions. Quality (soft return) lid. Darn good Guarantee period =3 years. Easy clean with its detachable seat. What More can I say? Yes! We'll buy again. its truly a 5 star job.

This is a very well put together product. Which arrived promptly and well packaged. The seat and lid look good, work perfectly and are nicely designed to be easy to clean. However I have only given it four stars as the fixings let it down badly. With a top fix back to wall toilet the fixings are crucial and the rubbishy nylon fixings provided are not up to the job. In fact they are so bad that it is pretty pointless to provide them as it could lead tor returns. The seat moves around and the whole plug comes out of the hole at times as the nylon just doesn't have the grip in spite of the supposedly expanding design. I am slim and light weight so I can hardly blame a Kardasian issue on the bolts. I have had to purchase expanding rubber fixings to secure it and I hope they do the job. I will update when I have fitted them.

Well made sturdy seat.
Needed to replace my toilet seat which had discoloured over time. My concern buying on line is that the seat may be flimsy or poor fittings. The seat received was perfect in both size accuracy and sturdiness of both the seat and the lid, the lid is sturdy enough to sit on also. The fittings I needed are for the blind hole and these hold the seat in place great, far better than the ones I had and that seat was double the price.

A good size toilet seat that covers the toilet properly
The toilet seat is really solidly built and fully covers the pan (unlike some of the cheaper options). I have two of these, but had to replace one after two years as the soft close failed. It is very easy to remove and clean

Good value
Arrived on time, took a while to adjust the seat to fit correctly on my toilet pan but once fitted brilliant. Very good for cleaning with the option to remove the seat. The seat appears to be of good quality material and so far no complaints.(2months on)

Simple fitting and great quality
These loo seats couldn't have been easier to fit. A time saving tip - fit the brackets but don't fully tighten. Then slot the seat onto the fittings, lower the seat and manoeuvre it into the correct position. Once happy with the position, fully tighten the fittings. Takes the guesswork out of the positioning of the fittings.Each loo seat took me less than five minutes to fit. They are super quality and a great loo upgrade!

Looks cheap
Easy to fit but doesnt feel good quality for the price. No better than seats in home bargains but triple the price. The release thing is good for cleaning but the button is chrome coloured and gives the seat a cheap look. Exact same seats in chillfactore toilets and a lot of them are loose. Hope ours doesnt go loose. Only bought it because the actual seat for our loo is discontinued. I thought being more expensive it would be better. But its not.
