What a marvelous pastry case. Do you know how often people are just entranced by just the holder for the tongs? They get absolutely mesmerized by the ingenius aspect of it and I'm glad it comes included. In terms of ease of cleaning, you will have to use it for a few weeks in order to get the cleaning a bit better—lots of static, but that only means this came factory-fresh, full of electricity around it that clings dust and particles to it. No matter, it holds pastries well and does the job just right and more!

They are Not sturdy, they really flimsy, very sharp edges, they cut me a few times assembling them. I wouldn't recommend this product, it was a waist if money. If I could return them, I would.

First order door-hinge came broken with piece not even inside box. Reordered and assembled case looks great. After two weeks usage door-hinge broke. Of course, return date has expired and now I am stuck with a broken door. They need to rethink their hinge design before selling more and having more unhappy customers.

It's what we were looking for to use in a small church cafe. The size is great, the 3 shelves are sturdy and trays are just the right size. The open from both sides feature made it a perfect for what we need. Unfortunately, the front door slides in and out and it has cracked at the hinge after 30 minutes of usage, which is disappointing. It also took 2 people over an hour of guessing because the directions are too vague to prevent assembling it incorrectly. We have decided to use it backwards and use the magnetic back doors as the front of the display so we don't need to go through the hassle of returning it but are disappointed.

Display looks good and even tho I’ve received one broken piece which is the display thongs holder. But overall it’s looks great.

I want to comment about the company treating their customers with exceptional service. My first display arrived in less than perfect conditions. No problem. Amazon return and the company immediately sent out another display and it arrived faster than my original order.I will say that you need to play with the adjustments of the doors to make them line up and close right. With my hinges I had to go with an inside/outside hinge install. The hinge that touched the door went on the inside and the hinge that touched the case wall went on the outside. This lined perfectly fine for me... after a couple mistakes. Also, I'm not usingthe front opening. I didn't attach the handle and applied packing tape to seal the front opening. I'd definitely buy from this vendor/company again.

Wasted cash for this thing. Built it as instructions called for, even used a level to check for it being square. The box itself is decent but the rear 2 doors were poorly cut and drilled to the point they won't close and latch to the magnets. One door has a massive gap at bottom, rubs on top, other door rubs the entire area between the hinges. Do not recommend unless you want to Redhill holes to make it work. Very disappointed.

I got this to put in my coffee shop to store pastries!It was a little tricky to put together but overall happy with the quality, look and durability of it.
