Love these! Comfy even for a person with a substantial backside ;). A breeze to assemble. Classy looking. The chrome shines and the black vinyl feels quite leather-ish. I love the adjustable height. Perfect for my new kitchen island.

These chairs work great, love the adjustable feature because we have small children and allows them to sit at the counter at the right height. They are very comfortable chair to sit in for adults of all sizes. They have rubber around the base to help protect the floor surface. They wipe clean easy. Very quick and easy assembly. One chair didn't work, contacted the company and received a replacement within two business days. Was very easy to work with. Would totally recommend these to anyone the price is right and the quality is excellent.

We ordered two sets of these chairs. They arrived quickly and were fairly well packaged. They were incredibly easy to put together. The only issue was the cheap plastic beauty rings that go at the base of the chair. from far away they look "ok" but close up you can tell that piece is very Cheaply made. One of them arrived broken into several pieces. I have email the seller and hopefully they will replace it. I will update my rating once I know the outcome of that. Otherwise, the chairs look very nice and feel pretty comfortable.UPDATE: the company contacted me in less than 24 hours with an offer to send the replacement part. Excellent service and greatly appreciated!

Update: 2 years in and the stools are falling apart. The cover doesn't hold up and the components that keep the chair upright are faulty so they lean and wobble. The welding broke on the base of one chair. I wouldn't recommend these. But, they are comfortable! Original review was 5 stars. "These chairs are perfect for our space! I like that they adjust so that younger guest can be at the level they need. The chairs seem like they will hold up well. We don't have any complaints. They were also super easy to put together." Am now downgrading my review. Don't hold up and now I am in the market for a new set of stools.

the base on these are cheap and small. we took the old bases off our old stools and used them as they aren't plastic and larger, these chairs look like they won't last long,but they are nice looking, the price was good so I kept them, we'll see if we get our moneys worth

I purchased these stools right at 2 years ago. The stools were comfortable out of the box. Felt durable, sturdy and worth the money. Fast forward 2 years, I had what I felt a warranty issue. I am a 285 lbs man, use one of the stools as my 135 lb wife uses the other. I purchased the stools due to my size and one of the bottom plates broke. A happy ending from this company, I emailed the issue with a few photos and less than a week later I am sitting in basically my new stool. As far as the stool, it is durable and comfortable, the only issue was the bottom plate but this company stepped up sent the replacement parts without out fuss or muss.As far as the stool, it has stood up to the test of time as far as the seat cover, foot ring and post. The stool looked great except for the plate. The new bottom plate looks like my other non broke bottom plate. There are videos out there about issues on youtube. Don't pay attention to them and email these folks about their product. They have videos and guides to help you fix the problem. I could go on and on about this but I worked with Lan through email and never a problem.If the warranty had gone another way, the review would not be the stellar rating but when a company stands behind their product they deserve a stellar review. Buy with confidence these stools will stand up to use and if you do have a problem, they will stand behind their product!!!

The chairs are very easy to assemble. Everything that was needed was included. Delivery was fast. My only complaint is the seat of the chair is not quite long enough for me because I prefer to have the back of my knees supported while I sit, and the seat is short. They are lighter than they appear so they are easy to move. I bought them for an outside bar so therefore I have to move them in and out when I want to use them. The adjuster to height is easy to maneuver so taller people and shorter people can adjust easily. Overall for the money a very good deal.

I ordered 4 of these chairs in brown - love the style and how they look with our kitchen counter island. The adjustable height is a very nice feature and they swivel which is nice too. We didn't want something too high profile but did want back support - these really fit the bill as the backs aren't too high where they look bulky and large but they do provide nice support. Out of the 4 chairs 1 had a base that was not quite level and it wobbled a little - it was fine when you sat on it but I didn't like that it wasn't flat on the floor like the others. I e-mailed the seller about this and within 2-3 days of e-mailing I received the replacement part which was much faster than I ever would have thought of. I had some trouble getting the base off the existing chair to replace it and e-mailed for some guidance and right away received a video on how to dismantle the chair and then it was very easy to do.Very happy with the purchase - love the chairs, really a great deal for the price and the customer service was a very nice surprise at how responsive and good it was. Definitely recommend.
