Great 3 in 1 travel system, 5 star customer service
The media could not be loaded. We purchased the travel system a bit early, our little one is not born yet, so I cannot comment on the reliability of this product. However, I did a research online and also tested different brands in stores and I can report that the quality of the pushchair is great for the price.The delivery was quick, the item arrived within a few days. The travel system was very well packaged, fully protected. It came with all the parts but the chassis handle, which was sent later by Babymore (5 star customer service), clear instructions and easy assembly.My wife steamed the fabric (which was easy and quick job), and now the travel system looks much better and sleek. The fabric is not the highest quality but it is still very good.The frame and all other parts look sturdy and well built. The frame is one of the lightest I have seen, although the car seat chair is on the heavy side. The wheels are ok, very easy to manoeuvre. The folding mechanism is good, the frame stays upright (unlike Ocaro and Icandy). The manufacturer provides an extended warranty, which is great.I will provide my feedback on reliability later once we start using it but so far this travel system have impressed me, it is well thought overall, it comes with so many accessories and it seems to be fit for purpose.

Broken after 6months
I was really disappointed that my pushchair wheels broke and I need to contact their customer service! 6 months out of the 4 years of use they suggest is a shame. Otherwise I liked everything just ended up with a faulty pram.
