Ideal for commercial kitchens, The rice is evenly cooked and fluffy we are finding it ideal for cooking Basmati Rice . The calibrated cup was accurate in measure as per instructions,Ideal for up to 100 servings

Good product but....
We had a previous buffalo rice cooker that worked very well for around 8 years. Finally it broken and we decide buy a new one, same brand, capacity etc.. it arrived fast and we are pleased with this, only bad thing is that the silicone matt was not inside the box.

Only used it once so far but the rice was perfectly cooked and kept warm it was soft and fluffy perfect
