I have been using this for approx 3 yrs now and whilst my health conditions indicate that I should be needing B12 injections , my blood test results prove them unnecessary.

Taste is potent. Good quick delivery. Just a spray so not hard to use.

For me this is a major and brilliant improvement on taking B12 in tablet form. Just four fruity tasting sprays (1200 mcg) into your mouth in your inner cheek and the job's done! Because the absorption of the B12 in this form is so much higher and faster than the tablet form, I have felt the positive results very quickly and believe my energy levels are elevating!In the past, I had no idea what dose of B12 tablet to buy as a test to see your level is recommended for accuracy. I was extremely wary of mega doses and always chose a low dose. This dose of 1200 mcg has been fully tested but may not be suitable for everyone!Just remember to rinse and dry the spray nozzle after each use. It will quickly become blocked and fail to spray if this isn't carried out.

A few weeks back I found out via blood tests that my B12 was low, 112 g/L (normal rang is 150-750). I was told that the medical centres pharmacist would call me in 2.5 weeks to talk about treatment! Rather than wait that long with no B12 supplements I did my own research and found out that Methylcobalamin is the most bio-available form of Vitamin B12, i.e. it is the most readily absorbed. This product has that in it!The pharmacist has just phoned me and I mentioned that I've been taking this product, she looked it up and said "It's better than the one I was going to suggest" as:1) It's a higher dose, the one she was going to suggest was 50-150 micro grams daily.2) It has Methylcobalamin, which is a better form of B12 than the Cyanocobalamin which is what was in the one she was going to suggest!She told me to keep taking this one and I'll have my bloods checked again later January (I'll update those results here once done).I've only been taking it a couple of weeks but I do feel that it is working, I don't feel as tired/lethargic in the mornings when I get up for work and I'm not sleeping in as long on my days off, as I don't feel the need!***UPDATE*** Just finished the second bottle today, the 2 bottles have lasted 112 days @ 4 sprays per day. I had my B12 levels checked two weeks ago and they are now in the normal range (150-750) @ 235 ng/L, before using this spray they had been @ 104 ng/L on the first blood test and then two weeks later 112 ng/L, so it obviously works as the result have more than doubled!I do feel a difference, I don't tend to stay in bed as long at weekends as I wake up earlier and feel awake! I also don't feel worn out/exhausted like I did before whilst in work.

This is generally a very good product and I have bought it regularly since last year, but 50% or more of the sprays stop working halfway through. It's not too much of a problem if you have another working spray you can transfer to, but this time I haven't got one.I bought two, the first one was opened yesterday and I used it once, then on opening it today I tried to spray it, and it worked once, then stopped working. No amount of twisting or turning or trying to figure out if the alignment has gone out of whack works. It's just bloody useless.I have the second one which I was able to use today, but whose to say it too won't work tomorrow. If it fails, I'll be asking for a refund.Shame because the B12 itself is excellent. But no point if you cannot spray the right dosage.
