This product clips onto the shelves of my gaming desk perfectly. The variable light intensities and modes (white or yellow light) are nice to have too.My previous lamp was an old bulky and heavy manual edison-bulb desk lamp on which the plastic lampshade desintegrated due to the intense heat of the bulb and continuously sprinkled black plastic shavings all over my desk. It was really gross and annoying.In contrast, I am very happy that none of those issues are even possible on these new Eyoclean gooseneck LED lamps. They produce no noticeable heat, are lightweight, made of sturdy craftsmanship, take up zero desk space since you can fasten them easily to a shelf, are easily adjustable and stay firmly-put in their new position, and best of all don't leave plastic lampshade shavings all over my desk.Thanks for making my life a little bit easier Eyoclean!

I love that you can have a more blue or a more yellow tone, or a combination of the two tones. What I love most is that these lamps are dimmable and the light saves whatever light settings you used last for the next time you turn it on. So you can dim it before bed and have a really dim light for when you wake up. I also like the sleep feature where you can make it turn off automatically in one minute. Also, I found the company to be very customer-friendly. I had some issues with one of my purchases. (I have purchased these lamps multiple times and now own 8 of them!) The company made sure to do whatever was necessary to make sure I remained a satisfied customer. I would purchase again from them.

I like the concept, but the quality of the product is flawed in a few respects. The lighting and operation of the lamp is excellent. I have problems with a high frequency that emanates from the control switch box. This gets worse as you switch to higher intensities of the light. Being attached near the bed makes this a problem, but isn't an issue with lower light levels. I mostly use it with the orange light at the lowest setting. It also is worse if you switch to a different usb plug. Why would I switch plugs? Because if you have it mounted on a bed post and you plug it into a socket behind the bed, the unit sticks out from the socket roughly 3 inches. Having it plug in vertically or at an angle is more preferable. This adds to the hidden support cost of the unit. Also, I wish the unit arm was more rigid. If you extend the arm straight out horizontally. Gravity will pull it down slightly. You have to bend it in and up so it won't gradually tilt down. I am happy with it as it is, plus it is cheaper than a metal arm and you don't have to touch something that is cold when your in bed with warm covers. 24 LEDs Desk Lamp Dimmable Eye-Care Reading Light, Adjustable 3 Color Modes,11 Dimming Levels, Flexible Clip-on Light for Reading, Studying, Working, Bedroom, Office ,White, 5W with AC Adapter Update: 6/2/2018I have worked with customer service and while hesitating whether or not to have them send a replacement, I tried several different adapters thinking this may solve the high frequency problem. It did not. I finally gave in and accepted a replacement, same make and model, and am sorely disappointed at the results. The exact same issue is in the replacement. People who can't hear high frequencies won't notice anything. I want this product to succeed and I am eager to buy a future model with the improvements. For now, I am satisfied with it since there isn't anything else like it on the market with these features. So in that sense it is 4 stars. I will also add that I'm satisfied with the Clip which holds the unit on my headboard, being able to open 1 3/4 inches wide. I recommend that you try this unit, despite the flaws and at a very reasonable price.

My husband and I ordered one of these lights to see if they would accomplish our goals. We wanted to replace our clunky bedside lamps that cluttered up the nightstands. We also wanted adjustable lighting options because we go to bed at different times. These lights were exactly what we were looking for so we have already ordered and received the 2nd one. They are smaller than I imagined from the picture but that turned out to be another plus and makes them unobtrusive. The adjustable brightness gives us the option of reading in bed without disturbing each other and the adjustable neck of the light lets us direct the light exactly where it needs to be. The only thing that would make them absolutely perfect would be to have the switches on the lamp housing rather than on the cord but we still enjoy the lights.

I purchased this lamp for my daughter’s small laptop desk. The lamp came with a plug adapter. The clip itself is sturdy and has a built-‘in foam to protect the furniture when clamped on. The lamp seems very sturdy and stable. I only wish that the switch to turn on the lamp is more accessible, like near the base. Other than that, it is quality built and very easy to use with different light settings.

*Update*I contacted the company and they replied right away. Instead of just sending me a new adapter, they are allowing me to keep the current lamp, plus sending me a whole new lamp with the correct adapter. Excellent customer service!I REALLY like this lamp. It doesn’t fit my headboard...but I’ve figured out a way to make it work by clipping it to a piece of wood that I stuck behind my bed. The lighting options and ability to dim/brighten are fantastic. What I don’t understand is the plug?? See pic. Not a regular plug. Please send me one I can use in America. Five star lamp if it had a regular plug.

I bought some of these to light some paintings for a pop-up art show in a low light bar. The light clipped on to the back of the canvases which were on tabletop easels, so not hanging on a wall. The clamps are very strong and sturdy. The ability to change the temperature of the light is a really nice feature. My only complaint would be that it would be nice if they could go a little brighter, but the brightness is probably sufficient for most needs. I can see using these in a lot of different areas and maybe even for some make-shift non-key photography/video lighting in a pinch.
