They are sturdy and the colored glitter is on both sides! You’ll have to attach the sticks with the included sticky dots but only took a sec. We bought them for cupcakes but decided to stick some on the cake tonight too and they’re super cute!

Definitely DIY
Purchased these for cupcake toppers for a Harry Potter themed baby shower. The cut outs are good quality and are decent sized. Package comes with the cut outs, wooden skewers and glue dots. You will need to assemble them yourself. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and skip the glue dots and pull out your glue gun. I made the first set with the glue dots and the cut outs really didn't want to stick to the skewers and would slide and go crooked. I pulled out my glue gun for the rest and that was a much better result. Really 4-1/2 stars but Amazon won't allow 1/2 stars.
