Q: any way to make it continuous flow ? I want to have both hands free. I guess a rubber band would work...

It is very easy to push with the edge of a glass/container. I think you may waste more of the liquid trying to put on the rubber band, but perhaps I don't know enough about your intended use.

Q: Does this fit Oberweis jugs? i have one of the original magictap dispensers, and it doesn't fit in the mouth of the glass jug.

It does NOT fit Oberweis. I tried it last night. The top part would fit fine. But it’s actually the bottom the sucks the milk up is to wide to fit. I found a different one that says 1.8in, I am about to measure the Oberweis bottle.
