Surprisingly effective
I have been using a different brand (Niquitin) which also works very well, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere in the past month, then I came across (Sefudun) and I decided to try it. Today is the second day I use and it works just as well as the expensive brand I was using previously, I'm going to keep using it.Those who are just starting, you need to have a little will and self control and give it AT LEAST A MONTH to work, I quit after 40 years of smoking more than a pack a day and you can do it too (-:
