You CANNOT beat the customer service with Ella Bella. I really enjoyed speaking to them as they made sure everything was to my satisfaction. This tool is solid and worked perfectly. I do wish it came with a bag so it doesn't get beat up by my other tools but the price was right so I can't complain.I don't love the crimp look so this was so much softer, held well in my hair, and gave GREAT volume. Can't wait to try it out on my daughter.

I purchased this waiver for my birthday. I am so pleased with the results. I have long, thick hair, and this waiver gave me a lasting look that I was able to wear for three or four days. It’s a beautiful product and came in such pretty packaging. I signed up for the #Warranty and received a text message to my personal cell phone from Ruth within minutes. I was able to text and ask questions and get tips on how to use the product and get the best results. She followed up to make sure everything was going well. I am astounded at the level of personalized customer service.

Very happy with purchase as there are so many other options and makers out there. Creates the perfect size curls, I have short shoulder length hair. Easy to use and FUN!!A slight word of caution as I was already made aware from another review. You do have to grab a good size amount of hair in order for the 8 seconds alert to work. If the hair is spread thin, the sensor will not beep. This doesn't bother me at all as I'm getting better with each use.

This waver does exactly what it says. Beautiful, long lasting, shiny waves.Very pleased with this purchase. Pricey but well worth the money. Love thatit has an automatic timer telling you when your waves are ready. This waveris far in the lead as compared to others I have tried.

I absolutely love this product. I tried others and this one far out weighs the other ones I tried. It is easy to use, I love it has an 8 second timer and delivers a great curl! I would highly reccommend this product!

I love the waves this gives, but still leaves the burn smell after the 5 seconds.

This weaver is awesome! Different temps for different hair types, beeps after so many seconds to let you know the curl is set, and gives the hair a beautiful wave.
